We specialise in producing parts from simple work pieces to complex turned and milled parts with the greatest precision using your CAD data, drawings or sketches. We produce prototypes and individual parts in small, medium and large series, including their finishing. We work with all steels and stainless steels as well as non-ferrous metals, aluminium, plastics and many other top-quality materials. Of course, you will receive the respective material certificates included with the delivery if required. Our machinery includes both conventional and CNC machines in order to gear production individually to the work piece requirements.

Our services in detail:     

• Turning, milling: on CNC machining centres and CNC lathes, as well as on conventional lathes and milling machines
• Wire-cut EDM: production of cylindrical and conical geometries on precision parts and simple feather key grooves, for example on flanges and adapters, with a high degree of accuracy with regard to both dimensions and shape
• Joining technology: MIG/MAG welding, TIG welding, resistance spot welding, hard and soft soldering
• Surface treatment: Varnishing, abrasive and glass bead blasting.
  
  

To complete our service we have competent and inexpensive partners nearby for round and flat grinding, as well as tempering, nitriding, oxidising, chemiblacking, powder-coating, chrome-plating etc.
